Matt - Day 20

1.5 hours of foam rolling.  Most of the time on legs.  I think I'm getting fewer "hot spots" but still find plenty of them.

Oh and on the lolasimas yesterday - I tried like one real one but I suck.  I just try to do the halfs as well as possible.  I'm not sure how to get to the full.  Maybe at the end of all this.
