Matt - Day 18

X2 Yoga.  Yep - definitely not a rest day.  I was sweating through most of this.  The standing leg raises are pain, but yes can I can tell I'm getting more flexible.  I still hate frog though.  I don't remember the name but I was actually able to do the mini hand stand for most of the time.

Cool - I'm gonna try to start organizing on the July run. should be fun.  And no, I haven't started shakeology yet, but I think maybe starting with the next section it would be a good way to step it up.  Have you noticed an urge to eat better?  I still have an off night or two but most days I actually want to eat well. crazy.

oh and tonight I weighed in at 207. not sure whats going on there - random fluctuations?
