Matt - Day 12

Power & Balance (blogging a day late again).  Had some good progress today.  Actually did 10 of the renegade 1/2 lolasimas - only 5 last time.  I still have no clue how anyone can do the full lolasima.  If I can do 1 by the end of the program I would be stoked.  I also did the crawly crab move with 5 lbs weights - they burned but a big improvement from last week.  A full 15 on the plyo press - which is definitely one of those that I love/hate.  I also had better form than last time - I really made it a dynamic plyo move.  I finished with a solid 15 on the plank ball crunch.  At that point everything was almost numb and I was yelling at myself to keep going (Annie can attest).
