X2 Recovery + Mobility - I know it's the day after Valentines Day but gotta say I LOVE! foam rolling... It feels so good. And now that I've done this workout a couple times I can just go into the moves and find the areas to roll... Again the change was amazing from before to after the rolling session. The "frog" move went a lot better this time, still not very pretty but was a good stretch. I'm still not able to do the pigeon very well - I will just have to keep working on that move I guess.
Ok I have the plyo down a bit, but I can't do sh** with the medicine balls and any explosive push up moves on the other workouts. Check your email about blogging in the next phases...
