Ahhh - Just about an hour of foam rolling - feels sooo good. Definitely some "hot" spots still - but they will be worked out in time...
Looking forward to hitting it hard again tomorrow.
Yeah I agree there could still be some improvement on the foundation but isn't that what days 90-120 are for? ;) Plus as a soon to be licensed arch. I can say that the foundation is important but you do eventually have to put something on it ;)

Matt - Day 24
Total Body & Ab Ripper. Another day of big improvements. 4x cycles on the 4 position pull-up in the first round and 3x in the second (though a little weak on the finish). I did 4 legit crunchy lever pull-ups and 8 total both rounds. Went up to 20lbs on second round of the switch lunge press. 6x mule burpees (5x second round). And did 20lbs on the second set of swimmers curl press.
I'm thinking I could improve again with another week of foundation, but I'm definitely ready to step it up.

Matt - Day 23
1.5 hours on the foam roller. Still loving this. I'm thinking about upgrading to the rumble roller or the the Rumble Roller 9000 as Tony would say. I also went climbing yesterday for about 45 mins. I was so bad I had to leave :-) I'm gonna start making sure I do this on my off days and maybe the yoga day too.
24 hours of sweatin' - that's crazy.

Plyocide - Caution Caution Caution - Warning Warning Warning... Whew - good last time of plyocide in foundation. Went well with no stops but lots! of sweat...I wish he would change up the thinking moves - have an idea of what he's going to do from doing it four time now ;) Was able to stay with them better for the last plyo/jump/plank/squat.
So have you thought thru that by the end of the month we will have done a FULL day of X2 workouts +24 Hrs in total... That's a lot of sweet sweat.

John Day Twenty-two
X2-Core - Didn't pause or cheat here as well. Gave it my all - sweat up a storm to send it off right... Kept the same weight on the Dreya roll (Btw it becomes easier with more weight - hardest is w/o the balls remember) Yeah, I also had almost nothing left for the final pushups but still increased by one from last time. Whew... so tired.
So not to take it up even another notch but do you have or have you bought the two "extra" workouts" for the next round? The V-Sculpt and the X2 Chest and Shoulders? I was thinking might work them into the second round of strength if you want to get them... Do them every other week during the round just to mix it up a bit more...
Ok next item ;) - In reporting our full workout in the next round I was thinking we could use a quick short-cut method from the workout sheets themselves. For instance on this workout I would start it out as;
1.17 2.R10-L10 3.R5-L5 4.R10-L10 5.12....- So you understand that?

Matt - Day 22
Look at who's posting on the right day again! Plyocide! Big breakthrough this week was moving up to the 10lb med ball AND no breaks! (except for like 30 secs on the third move cuz Annie took down my tape X). The no breaks was huge. I really wanted to stop a few times but kept pushing cuz I wanted to do the whole week no breaks since its the last of the foundation phase. I seriously never would have imagined that just 4 weeks ago. Boom!
Waiting for John to post today...... haha!

John Day Twenty One
Whow - 2 Posts in one day - some one is ready for the next phase. I must admit I did pause the video to get more time on the roller in felt so good/bad just couldn't stop when they wanted to move on....I will have such a good frog by the end.
Yes this is the last week of foundation! I'm ready for the next phase - but I'm going to leave the foundation with a great last week! Can't wait for what the next phase is going to bring though. Remember the first week when all of the workouts seemed almost impossible? Not any more!

Matt - Day 21
X2 Core. Another good day. I made it through the whole thing without pausing the video or cheating. I think that may be the first time but I haven't always been tracking that. The big change today was using the new med balls. I used the 10lb on the dreya roll and the 3 way press instead of the 5lb I had before. It made a difference - especially on the dreya. I got crushed on the last move as usual. I just have nothing left for push-ups on the med ball.
So - is this our last week on "Foundation"?
So - is this our last week on "Foundation"?
Matt - Day 20
1.5 hours of foam rolling. Most of the time on legs. I think I'm getting fewer "hot spots" but still find plenty of them.
Oh and on the lolasimas yesterday - I tried like one real one but I suck. I just try to do the halfs as well as possible. I'm not sure how to get to the full. Maybe at the end of all this.

John - Day Twenty
Balance + Power - All the workouts are intentionally hard why did u think this one wasn't going to be? Lol - Anyways went well for me as well improvements in most areas - PB on ploy push-ups as well two less then you...for now... I don't know how they do it. Also increased weight on the warrior press but kept it to the same on the crabby press but did them "cleaner". So no mention of the Lolasana?... still trying on that here as well here falling out of it each time but keep trying...
Nice pic - Lets GO!
Nice pic - Lets GO!
Matt - Day 19
Power and Balance. Man I must of intentionally forgot how hard this one was. For some reason I wasn't expecting the a$$ kicking I got last night. Completely soaked at end - on the ground - barely able to get up. I definitely pushed it. Only 1 brief break and improvements on quite a few. I hit 16 with the plyo push-ups which was a PB. I don't know how Tony & co. can do 30+ but I'll get there. The kneel knee press killed me again but did all. And I upped it to 8lbs on the crawly crab.
Saturday will be a day off and I definitely need. it.

John Day Nineteen
Yeah - This is sweaty Yoga... Yeah the flexibility is definitely improving and the balance I think as well. Still say its amazing how many pushups you actually do during the first part though you don't notice it cuz there spread out pretty well. I'm liking the frog now - its so annoying and hard its good. I also like the warrior poses just cuz there called warrior and its like grrrr Bring it on.
Yeah the shakeology in phase two might be a good idea. I don't know if I'm totally buying into the full thing with that part - I might go to GNC to see what they have as alternatives or try the local equipment store again. Yeah they say that your weight can fluctuate by 2 lbs in a single day w/o much being done so could be just normal fluctuations. I think it more matters how you feel and what its average is...
And yes I am eating better as well...They had a special at the grocery store where you if you buy certain amounts of items you get so much money back for next time extra...So you could buy a lot of soda, potato chips, pizza, extra... I bought frozen vegetables and Yogurt - I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have done that a month ago. And for lunch this week I've been to SaladWorks 2x and Subway once instead of the usual pizza places. But not perfect - still had pizza today ;)

Matt - Day 18
X2 Yoga. Yep - definitely not a rest day. I was sweating through most of this. The standing leg raises are pain, but yes can I can tell I'm getting more flexible. I still hate frog though. I don't remember the name but I was actually able to do the mini hand stand for most of the time.
Cool - I'm gonna try to start organizing on the July run. should be fun. And no, I haven't started shakeology yet, but I think maybe starting with the next section it would be a good way to step it up. Have you noticed an urge to eat better? I still have an off night or two but most days I actually want to eat well. crazy.
oh and tonight I weighed in at 207. not sure whats going on there - random fluctuations?

John Day Eighteen
X2 Total Body & Ab Ripper - Yeah I improved too this week - The first week I have it on a work sheet but from my manic scribbles on a blank sheet last week I also went up in weight or improved reps on a lot of the exercises (I think...). Though as you must be feeling too I think the one last time next week is going to be just about perfect because I could see a plateau coming easily and my body knows all the moves so far... I am impressed with the number of 4 pull up rounds you did! I did 2.5 first round and 1.5 second - but thats my best so far :). The ab ripper of course killed again but it's a good pain. The thing I'm most happy about with this workout though is that during the hamstring stretch at the end I was able to touch my toes for the whole stretch! YEAH!! Maybe flexibility isn't as impressive as other improvements but I like it.
So CAL tough mudder in July huh... that does sound very fun :) And plus I'd have a place to stay? Would reduce the cost a bit...Not going to commit to it yet but its a strong possibility. I don't know if I've put on mass - Just checked, nope still at 177, but the area it's at has definitely moved around. By the way are you doing the shakeology supplement stuff? Just curious I haven't added any supplements yet but heavily thinking about it.
Oldie but a goody - "I tired it and I liked it"

Matt - Day 17
Total body and ab ripper. I had an awesome workout. Improved in either weight or reps on almost every exercise. The highlight was pulling 4 cycles on the the 4 position pull-up in the first round (2.5 cycles in second round) I was dead on the last few and rested a bit but still finished. Since I'm blogging a day late again I can tell you I am pretty sore but it feels good. Also, weighed in at 210 last night so I'm up almost 8 lbs since starting this thing. I'm pushing for 215!
Would you be down for the So Cal Tough Mudder in July? There are a few other people interested in forming a team. (Little do they know its every man for himself once we get out there!) Otherwise I say we go for Colorado.
Yoga tonight - which I'd like to think is a break but I know it isn't.
X2!!

Recovery + Mobility - Ah so nice great day to do the recovery and mobility. I didn't do the two hours of rolling but the add'l stretching and other moves I think are good as well. Have some improvement in my stretching too I was able to touch my toes on the hamstring stretch after the rolling :)

Matt - Day 16
Well I broke my record - 2 hours of foam rolling! I spent the first 90 mins on my legs which feel like rubber now. I really think it helps me push harder though.
I can't believe you climbed 2 hours and did plyo - yer crazy! I'm stoked on this tough mudder event! Gonna have to figure out how to build a little running into my training somewhere. I think we should consider the MN event and make urban run with us but I'll look at the schedule might be fun to go somewhere different - or maybe someplace with good climbing.

John Day - Sixteen
Plyoside - Whew I made it through... Still one of the workouts that I can do most of it. I did a good job at it not giving up only going a little slower maybe on the depth charges because I don't fully trust the chair i'm jumping down from -> maybe I should pause this point and go to the stairway just down the hall... But anyway I think I did about as good as last week which I am totally ok with because I didn't get to start this workout till about 10:00 because I was out a the climbing gym from 7-9:30 top roping... I though I was tired after that...HA!... I think I will crawl into bed here soon... hurt everywhere...tomorrow's rest and recovery is going to be SOOO nice... I can't wait..
I hope your foam rolling went well tonight Matt I know you'll post about it tomorrow ;) - I'm a bit apprehensive about doing a tough mudder but my climbing partner at the gym just did one in December and he was pretty much talking me into at least trying it once...I can't believe I'm getting myself into another event...LOL now just what one? And when?

Matt - Day 15
Plyocide!! I'm over the hurdle on this one. Did the full workout on just about everything. Only 10ish on the froggy burpee and a few others but overall felt great. I had a pb on the wide leg med ball jumps - 22x @10lbs. I can really feel X2 starting to take effect. I have all these weird bulges starting to build on my arms and legs :-)
So I sent you the link on the tough mudder race. I think it would be sweet. I think its more obstacles than running so shouldn't mess up your training too much. And would be a kickass way to test ourselves after this. The MN race is in May and there is a So Cal one in July. I didn't check other locations but we could figure out something else half way.
Looking forward to the Recovery and Mobility tomorrow.

Matt - Day 14
Oops - forgot to post again yesterday but don't worry I did it. X2 Core. Felt really good. Made some good progress - did 20x on the med ball push-up and up to 7x on the X2 diver. I still get crushed on the last few moves but 7x on ryan sphinx and did 5 on the 1 leg med ball burpee.
Post number 2 today coming right up.
Post number 2 today coming right up.
John Day Fifteen
X2 Core - Well I guess I'll be the first one posting on the third week of core. It went a lot easier recording what I did with the workout sheet - I still can't believe it took me over a week to discover that. But the workout went good and I believe I'm improving a fair amount but it is still just as intense as before. Areas for a lot of improvement are still the the 3 Speed Med Ball Push up - I did to exploding pushups this time without the ball better then the plain ones I did last time. Steadily working up to the ball - tried the first one and fell off on to it... Of course as you can guess the burpee med ball at the end was extremely difficult - I had to pause the DVD just to get a decent number in. However with all that being said I feel I am improving on the others. Getting the percentages up - now just to do them cleaner, higher, faster, and w/o taps extra.
(Glad to see the post ;) )

John - Day Fourteen
X2 Recovery + Mobility - Ok I didn't quite do 90 Mins of foam rolling but did do quite a bit & paused the DVD twice at the upper leg of each side, and beyond that with the workout did the pigeon & frog movements which were so good in themselves. I still can't do the pigeon very well but I'm probably now a tadpole with the frog stretch. Still felt really good and parts still hurt but will get better by the "20th" time or so according to Tony...
Besides that today though I did a 5K run just to start up the aerobic workouts to begin for the marathon proper in April. But I can tell that this P90x2 is such a good workout regiman - I haven't run since we started this program 2 weeks ago (as to not overtrain). YET!!! Running with the same intensity as I did two weeks ago I cut just over a minute off! WTF! Wow, I am impressed... I thought a lot of the "gains" and overall feeling better might just be in my mind. Some endorphins working to keep me going but no real improvements. I was wrong. And the even better part was that it wasn't my legs that were keeping from going even faster it was my lungs...So I need to work a bit on the aerobic training (no surprise) but think the legs will have no trouble! Sean better watch out...
(I bought two additional medicine balls today for the later workouts as well - Bring it!)

Matt - Day 13
Just finished a full 90 mins of foam rolling! I have to say I think it's actually starting to hurt more -- I must be getting deeper. Tony keeps telling me it won't hurt if I keep going but it sure doesn't feel that way.
So I think the first one to do a full lolasima wins a beer. It might be six months though before anyone can cash in :-) Oh and I won't be Seanifying any of this - anytime I get an urge to slack I just read the blog.
Back to Core tomorrow...

John - Day Thirteen
X-2 Balance + Power - First let me say I'm sooo glad you posted :) I though you might have caught a case of "Seanissas" and missed a workout. Course you would have make it 2x as far as shawn... ;)
Ok - X2 B+P - Yeah I don't know who can do the full Loiasana I did the halves but mostly by falling out of trying to do the full ;). Then followed by the glute bridge ouch... Yeah the ploy's are good that one I did much better this time got 10 in. I got further in the russian twists. I do make the end harder for myself in that my dumbbells are rounded and do like to stay put.
And I finally found out that they have pre-made out workout sheets to make marking it down sooo much easier - D'oh.

Matt - Day 12
Power & Balance (blogging a day late again). Had some good progress today. Actually did 10 of the renegade 1/2 lolasimas - only 5 last time. I still have no clue how anyone can do the full lolasima. If I can do 1 by the end of the program I would be stoked. I also did the crawly crab move with 5 lbs weights - they burned but a big improvement from last week. A full 15 on the plyo press - which is definitely one of those that I love/hate. I also had better form than last time - I really made it a dynamic plyo move. I finished with a solid 15 on the plank ball crunch. At that point everything was almost numb and I was yelling at myself to keep going (Annie can attest).

John Day Twelve
X2 Yoga - Yeah I agree there are parts of the yoga that are difficult the legs kill after those sets of moves on one leg but I'm really beginning to like the YIN/YAG of this workout. At the end I feel sooo peaceful but in the middle of it I'm sweating up a storm and have to keep the towel close. Also the continuing assault on the abs makes the 3rd part of this workout tough to get through - I did better this time but still can't make it through a lot of the moves without releasing at some point. No wonder everyone has a six-pac by the end of this program there is no-way you could honestly get through it without doing some major ab work...and I also like how theres no weights but at the same time think of just how many "optional" pushups are done during the hour before each downward dog...
Oh and of all the Yoga moves I beginning to think that I'm loving to hate the frog position the most..it hurts so good. "Ripp it"

Matt - Day 11
Forgot to post last night. I did Yoga - that's a long one. Everything is good on that one except when you're on one leg for 5 moves straight. I can't do it - ended up taking lots of little breaks.
FYI - Ab Ripper kills me too. You figure with all the core work we've been doing it wouldn't be so bad - but nope - pure pain.
Balance and Power today. bring it.

X2 Total Body and X2 AB Ripper - Whew this is a hard one - yeah I can't get those crunchy moves either - but the 4 pull ups improved this time still only 2 sets per time but I'm good with that...The rest went fairly well a bit of improvement from last week..although again i swear these workouts change I'm always surprised by a move that I didn't remember from last time...
So I did a good workout during the total body and kinda forgot about the Ab ripper...which made it 14 mins of agony... I don't know if I just need to really work on my abs or what but was suffering though the moves...I did most of them taking quick releases halfway through a lot but then kept the numbers going. This is probably an area I need a lot of work on so I'm going to keep at it hard!

Matt - Day 10
Total Body & Ab Ripper. I got home late but I had to do it. Everything went pretty well but I still can't do the mulekick burpee or the crunchy pull-up but I'll get there. I was finally able to do the balance kickbacks - 10 reps each arm at 8lbs. The second round I had to drop a few reps on a few exercises, but I pushed it. I somehow think I was sweating more at the end of this then plyo which is crazy.
John Day Ten
X2 Recovery + Mobility - I know it's the day after Valentines Day but gotta say I LOVE! foam rolling... It feels so good. And now that I've done this workout a couple times I can just go into the moves and find the areas to roll... Again the change was amazing from before to after the rolling session. The "frog" move went a lot better this time, still not very pretty but was a good stretch. I'm still not able to do the pigeon very well - I will just have to keep working on that move I guess.
Ok I have the plyo down a bit, but I can't do sh** with the medicine balls and any explosive push up moves on the other workouts. Check your email about blogging in the next phases...

Matt - Day 9
Went for the full rest today. Didn't do the Recovery & Mobility video but did a full hour of foam rolling which felt amazing. I'm not sure why but my calves are always super tight. Total Body tomorrow - I wanted to try to work out in the morning but Annie is vetoing because she thinks I'll wake her up! She's sabotaging me!
I'm jealous of your plyo skills - hopefully another few weeks and I'll be there.
I'm jealous of your plyo skills - hopefully another few weeks and I'll be there.
John Day Nine - V-Day
Plyocide - It may be the one you have to work on the most but its the one I like the best so far... Now that I've done it once before and have a week in I was able to keep up with most of the moves, I'm sweaty no make that VERY sweaty at the end but it's the closest I've come in any of the workouts to doing all the moves. (Depth charges from a chair aren't as quick) I think it probably because I do cardio (running) at least once a week..and so I've got the cardio base to pull from... but the rest of the workouts yeah still have a lot of room for improvement. Especially the exploding push ups with medicine balls.
I though I'd make the text red in honor of V-Day what's better for your heart then a good workout?

Matt - Day 8
Plyocide - death by jumping! I'm convinced this is the hardest workout for me right now. I typically don't do a lot of cardio so this hurts. I had to take quite a few breaks but I really pushed - though even with the breaks I was only at 3/4 sets by the end. Worst moves were the frog hops and the med ball burpie.
8 days in and I'm starting to feel the difference. I can't wait to see what day 90 looks like. Supposed to be a rest day tomorrow but I might hit up yoga at work.

John Day Eight
X2 Core - I didn't remember some of those moves from the first time...but at least I feel like I did more this time. Not as fond of the medicine ball movements as you I think but it is still fun - I will get better at them :) Still not full counts on all the moves but improvement on all of them and at least. Also more sweaty this time in probably not having to watch how do the move for the first one or to moves and/or doing them better.
Awhhh man I a bit jealous you own personal nutritionist - very nice ;) Guess I'll just have read that pamphlet really well. If you do the mixology tell me how you like it... I was thinking about getting some other nutritional supplements the local fitness store were I got a lot of the equipment seemed like a really good place might go back and see what they would suggest as an alternative... Don't feel like I get what I needed at like GNC or something like that...

No X - So I went climbing for a couple hours doing both bordering and top roping - Probably should have done some rolling when I got back but I didn't... Everyone needs a day off ;)

Matt - Day 7
X2 Core day. I'm starting to feel a little improvement though I was hurting a little from that second bottle of vino last night. I think my favorite move in this one is the three speed med ball push-up --- did 15x this time. The plank burpees are killer only managed 5x on each side. This one really ramps at the end when you have nothing left: the ryan sphinx and med ball burpee left me barely able to move and I only did half. Plyocide tomorrow...
Oh, I measured body fat today - 17.4%. I'm pushing for 11.0% by the end of this. Annie helped me out with a meal plan for the week and I'm thinking about going for Shakeology for the remainder of the challenge.

John Day 6
X2 Balance + Power - Yeah those moves are killer - the "i" move is really difficult but we both will get it by the end of this phase (then graduate into much harder moves I bet...) The one you missed that was a killer for me was the russian twists - keep a medicine ball up while twisting a dumbbell? OMG - and the crabby twist - no weight this time for that move. Also thinking I might need some square dumbbells as well for those last moves the round ones i have make it sooo much harder but maybe that is good thing.
Have fun with core tomorrow - as its my recovery day to climb and/or run.
Before we go far into this did you also measure you body fat on the first day? I guessing that I'll be gaining a good percentage of extra muscle to the amount of fat being lost - Annie might know generally more on that more though... started out at 15.6% here.

Matt - Day 6
Recovery and Mobility today. I heart foam rolling. It felt great and I could tell I needed a day off. The foam roller goes deep - could really feel it digging into the pressure spots in lower calf. I think I might just start rolling every night during our HIMYM tv watching time.
Yeah - I think we've done a different workout almost every day, but for the week it will end up being the same!
I'm shifting a bit so that my weeks start on Sunday - so back to Core tomorrow. Right now, I'm thinking I'm gonna stick with this same Phase 1 rotation through February. I have to be able to get at least one full lolasima before I move on!

John Day Five
X2 Yoga - I never knew you had to do so many pushups in yoga, but it was a good workout a good combo of stretching, power, & balance. Like all of the other workouts there is again a LOT of room for improvement... especially in the "animal" poses - the pigeon, crane, and frog are all ones that are going to be the most challenging for me I think... and oh man got another ab workout with it. Wonder how long it will take till I can to the handstand as well looks like a killer move.
Lol - Matt it feels like were doing to totally different programs have you done any of the workouts on the right date yet? ;) I'm not going to tease ya to much because I think I might change two around this coming week so I can get some good gym rock-climbing in...

Matt - Day 5
Did yoga at lunch today at the QC gym. Its pretty close to what is on the P90X video and a good change of pace to go to a class. I'll probably rotate the schedule every week so I can take yoga on Fridays.
I'm still beat up from last night's workout....might need to do some foam rolling later.

Matt - Day 4
Power & Balance to the Xtreme! So good. I was a sweaty, dripping mess after this. The push-up/half lolasima almost killed me. And the last exercise - one foot burpie press..... Are you kidding? I almost fell over. Great work out, maybe my favorite one so far. Looking forward to Yoga and a little rest tomorrow.

John Day Four
X2 Total Body + X2 AB Ripper - Another workout with a lot of potential improvement. I didn't think that the curls/kickbacks would be that hard but had to pause and reduce the weight. Have to work on the crunchy pull-up thing. I love the pushups on the medicine balls - super hard only did 8 each time but felt it working everything - and the bouncing ones on the swiss ball are almost as good. Then when I was all done and thought it was good...along comes another workout Ab Ripper....so intense but sooo good. Although I don't know if I'll be able to use my abs at all tomorrow such a good burn going on.

Matt - Day 3
Well supposed to be a rest day, but I had a b-ball game. I skipped the Recovery video but did some stretching - I think might go do some foam rolling, because I love/HATE it too. Back to it tomorrow!
John Day Three
X2 Recovery + Mobility - Ok not an intense as the other workouts but still have a lot of ability for improvement. First thing - I love/HATE the foam roller so much more now...I have so many spots I think I could spend hours working it out...but for the first time I was surprised on how much it helped with the second round of of stretches. Although I have to say my "frog" was much more like a tadpole and I was not even in the same species with the "pigeon" move. I think although it won't be as intense as the others I will get as much out of this workout as the others. I have decent flexibility but this will definitely improve a lot as well. I am now going to go out for a quick run and then maybe spend some more time on the roller working the legs.

Matt - Day 2
Boom! Total Body and Ab Ripper! Yeah, I can't follow the schedule very well, but I have my reasons :-)
There were a few moves on this one that really kicked my @$$. The crunchy pull-up move (don't remember the actual name) is crazy. I did 5 and 7 respectively but cheated between almost every rep. Also, the air burpee mule kicks (again, not the right name) are nutz - did around 5 each time but can't really do the start of the move.
I decided I need a better stability ball - I lost the grip on this one a few times and it doesn't hold enough air. I also need a set of 25s or 30s to really push some of the moves.
Looking forward to Rest & Recovery / B-ball tomorrow.

John Day Two
Plyocide - Even though someone else can't seem to stick to the recommended schedule of workouts I did and tonight was plyocide. Although it was a little later then I would have like to have worked out at - after a long meeting for work still went pretty good. Didn't make it through the whole time on all of the elements but was sweating a lot and have legs that are hurting bad - but in the good way. If the first two workouts are like this I do not know what the rest is going to be like...although I could ask some else as he's probably done them all already... The rest tomorrow sounds oh so good. Or maybe I'll go for a short run...

Matt - Day 1
Day 1 is in the books!! I did Plyocide today instead of starting off with Core because I have a bball game on Weds and I wanted to make sure I had a lighter day in-between. Plus I may have done core yesterday :-) I guess its the 91 day challenge for me!
I was hurting today, getting over a cold, but as Tony would say "I don't wanna hear NO EXCUSES from any of you!".
I had to modify a few of the moves and probably only did 1/2 to 3/4 on the harder sets but I was dripping at the end and that's what its all about.
