X-2 Core - Ahh the second week - The week "warm-up" was good. This was a good workout - went hard at it trying to complete the element then try to "reserve" some to the end... so the numbers at the beginning are good but was so drained by the end but it felt good to just let it all out. One standout was the Med Ball Dreya Roll was able to do it without "cheating" by having the legs spread out a little bit... felt good in fully doing that move. Not the hardest move but a good improvement.

So I was looking at the calendar and thinking with the holidays and everything that we stick with the foundation for the full 4 weeks - thus switching to round 2 on the 30th? Your thoughts?
