Matt - Day 46

Yoga.  No problem.

I pushed a little harder today really trying to sync with the breath - felt like a better workout that way.  Saw some improvement on frog and getting real good at crane. Still not clean on the standing balance moves - they are so hard!!

You are thinking of the Phelon Twists.  And yeah - those are hard to maintain.
