John - Day Fifty Four

Yoga - Well since the whole week is pretty messed up LOL just felt like after this long day and week that a good yoga workout is what I needed... We'll see if doing the Shoulder then Base on the weekend works out ok. 

In answer to you question everything is going ok - I will send separate email for full description...  And I agree we should put the reps on the final "Performance round".
