Matt - Day 39

Yoga

Good workout (last night)  - I pushed a little harder than usual and it felt great. I tried to keep going on the 1-leg poses but I still had to take a break. My long legs are a huge disadvantage on this one!  I'll get there though.

Kang didn't post.....   you aren't slacking are you!  I'm the only one who gets to post a day late!
