Matt Day 64-68

Ok PAP Upper on Mon, Lower on Tues, Yoga on Weds and then started my taper with a 30 min run on Thurs.  I'm taking tonight off with just some light stretching and foam rolling.  I'm ready for tomorrow!!

Glad you are back posting.  I would probably be burned a little on this too if I didn't have the Mudder focusing me.  I will be taking most of next week of though.  I'm jealous of all your climbing, I haven't been in over 3 months!!  Good plan with the "rules".   Have you guys played any "add on"?  Its kinda like follow the leader.  You make a move, partner does same and then adds a move.  go back and forth until someone fails to make the move set by the other.  We always play any feet.  Tons of fun.
