John Day 65 - PAP Lower


Ah good to be back in it - I forgot about these workouts. This was good. I didn't think it was doing the next "level" while doing the workout - yes very hard but not too bad...but my body new it was something new and intense - still a little sore after a few days afterwards.  Tried to keep some record but was hard in with the constant movements. But overall really good and great after the week of rest.  Defn. going to bring it in the last phase.
