John Day 66 - PAP Upper

Absolutely agree this is great love this workout... yes they are killer moves I also didn't through totally in a lot of the moves but thats what the next 30 days is for! 

So I know its not technically the workout schedule were suppose to follow but I am going to be doing the following for the next 4 weeks;

Sunday PAP Lower / Mon PAP upper / Tue Climbing / Wed Yoga / Thurs Climbing /Fri PAP Lower / Sun Pap Upper

I hope this works... I'm not sure how the upper/lower upper lower will work.... but having too much fun doing the climbing and that is two intense with just the one day between to do anything besides Yoga... We'll see
