Hey - I hope the Tough Mudder went well.
The workout is going well. Its going to be tough to do the 2x PAPs but I made it through this week and weekend. The lower seams a slight bit easier but they are both tough... Going to be happy to go climb and do Yoga during the middle of the week. These are way tooo quick to write the numbers during the workout...but on the upper have the 25lb weights. Can make it through the first round but dying by the 4th... But I think I'll keep it at this until I can do the whole 4 sets cleanly. I can't wait to see where I am by the end of the month. I am also not very good at the towel pull ups getting better but a lot of improvement available there too.
So I'm thinking this is good but still needs an orange headband.
