Matt - Day 90 - FINAL
It's over!! So i didn't actually workout on sat but I did Total Body on Sunday as a finale. Felt great. I'm going to randomly go back through the old workouts and track the numbers now that we are done. I was off on a few for total body but other were EZ! This was a pretty cool challenge and I can't wait for the next one. Hopefully some people can blog all the way through!!! haha. I will try to take some pics tonight and post. maybe after I do the chest routine!!

PAP Upper. getting better on the push-ups part. i still think they go too fast. I like the med-ball push-ups better than these moves - will be cool to go back to those after and see how they go.

b-ball game! Yeah - it's not p90 - but we only had 5 guys so I ran the whole time. Incidentally, we won by 20! Woop woop!

I'm all off this week. I got home late and took a rest day. My ankle/heel is still a little off so I'm postponing the PAP Lower another few days.

went running at the beach with Annie and Molly today. Molly loved it - she ran circles around us!
